last year this happened:

mary was petrified of the jolly old man.

pure terror.

this made for incredible parent torture pictures that will be one of the highlights of mares photo life for generations to come.

this year she has turned a new leaf.

after the meet and greet with santa on the train she became an avid fan.

to help fuel this love of santa we decided to take her to a few free santa's nearby.

mall santa's.

they gave her gifts-

she stared at him, mumbled some incoherent jibberish, and went away with a deepened love for the man.  

this christmas is going to be so great in so many ways.

each of these small glimpses have been joy teasers.

small people are the best in every way.

we didn't get any pics- we decided to honor their no pics on the set code since they were being kind enough to see our child and give her treats without the purchase of a photo package.
