Rosemary
Life is really ironic isn't it?
I mean, thank you Alanis Morissette for writing the anthem to all our lives.
If we're being honest we will accept this anthem.
If we are liars, we will try to change the soundtrack of our lives to "Eye of the Tiger" or something unrealistic.

False- "Ironic" is all our lives.
OK, not every day of our lives, but a running bridge to our lives, amiright!?!
Speaking of this bridge,
let me tell you this small tale about rosemary.
let me tell you this small tale about rosemary.
Just the herb.
It's really exciting.
Get ready for a super enthralling herb story.
Here it is:
Here it is:
I won't pretend to be a chef, but my main man, he is.
For a special lamb pot pie/shepherds pie combo dish he was making up he needed rosemary.
That little herb is, surprisingly, a popular commodity.
We had ourselves some trouble acquiring it.
Went out of our way, made extra stops.... blah, blah, blah.
Finally, success, at an inflated rate, but success.
Next day we find ourselves at a playground.
What's growing wild all over this playground?
Rosemary-
edible, despicable rosemary;
by the bushels.
Few minutes later we find ourselves just leisurely stopping at a grocery store.
What are they basically giving away in the clearance area?
Rosemary-
loads of rosemary.
Fast forward to a couple days later-
What has a restaurant decided to use as their plate garnishes?
By the 2 foot branch lengths?
Rosemary-
abhorrent amounts of rosemary.
Never in my life have I seen rosemary as a restaurant plate garnish.
Never.
Kick in life bridge "Ironic".
Kick in anti-rosemary propaganda.
Ok, only for a time, but that time is now.
The irony of life makes it really lovable, doesn't it?
I mean this in all honesty.
I'd have to say the ironicities (a word, probably not, but for now, yes) are part of the charm of life.
These ironic moments usually make me wanna simultaneously cry and laugh.
Isn't that quite possibly the best descriptor of life?
The cry-laugh;
or laugh-cry.
Maybe?
Within our lives there is this complex balance between joy and sorrow,
the good and the bad,
the hard and the easy.
It seems this push and pull is constant.
The ironies create a humorous balance.
Something to roll your eyes at and chuckle a bit over.
Little inside irony jokes left and right.
I love life irony.
Ok, for the most part.
Cue bridge.
