thrifting museum style
mares and i enjoy ourselves a bit of culture time and again. this culturing can come at a very nice price in this lovely city of nyc. luckily you can thrift see museums.
our second thrifting took place at the museum of natural history. we went with our friend jessica- total cost for the three of us $4.... and that was pricey.
nyc secret #1- - the museum of natural history and the metropolitian museum of art are "pay what you wish" museums= you can pay $1 or nothing and you still get in.
other lovely spots around the city have pay what you wish days and times- so if you want to see nyc on a budget thrift museum style. let me tell you museums are done real right around these parts. here are some pics from our museum adventures.

aquatic was the joint of choice. why? because mares received freedom from the confines of her stroller.
who doesn't like massive sea creatures.
extinction viewing is a must.
any stump from a tree called "the mark twain tree" needs to have its picture taken
my favorite thing I saw in the museum..... don't know why, but i heart this.
later we will show you our met adventures. when you can pay $1 and see the finest collections in the world- it's worth gathering junk change on the streets. (never, but its an option)
