nyc march

we missed most of winter here

but we have gotten an itty bitty taste the past week or so. 

let me tell you it is c-o-l-d

it was above freezing the other day so we took a stroll in our favorite park. 

here's a march view of central park 

that bridge in that (those) movie(s) looked good on ice

 someone got a wee bit exhausted and desperate for a seat..... so naturally an ice heap was her choice

 this baby musician would have watched this mister musician for about 50 hrs.

this dad took this daughter to the "mall"

 teeny pro park walker

when your walking space is limited to 340 square feet

you need breaks on a 2 mile walkabout

it was lovely to spend a bit of time outside

this cold is like no cold i have ever felt before.... 

i thought negatives were cold

but high teens with a wind chill is a whole new cold

i respect you humid climates

happy end of wintering to all of you.
