hiatus

i apologize for my long blogging absence.
i am on holiday (as my hosting country the u.k. would say).
prep yourself for blog overload when i get back.
until then some classic sayings from the trip so far.

my dad (when we were discussing our evening plans to lift weights)
" the only weights i'll be lifting is a spoon."

when my mom was trying to talk like the locals-
"i am practicing my scotch."

my mom cries out in a panic while i am driving and then says
"i take that back euqinom."

the ongoing dad joke about his weight loss on the trip.
"i have dropped 15 pounds" (said on day 2)
"dr chappell will prescribe me another vacation."

i will be back soon to overload the blog with way more pics and crazy stories than anyone but myself will ever love.
