a tram ride and a cousin

it's lovely to have visitors.
the nicest thing about them is they reintroduce you to your city.
we were welcomed to the roosevelt island tram by mandy-
a tram that is now one of our favorite destinations

but first the central park prep quest before the tram take off

my favorite view naturally came into play

1st we had to introduce mandy to the eat on the go way of doing things

tag teaming baby bottle feeding with a brisk walk

 after passing the tending/nutrition on the go test we were able to proceed to the tram

 

 when this is one of the first views you get you know you made a money choice

 then it surprisingly outdid itself

 wasn't even mad a bridge like this got in the way

 then this happened 

i spy the chrysler building and the empire state building

then an excellent peak through finale 

 nailed it

--baby einstein is really paying off--

folks just when this city was getting good it went ahead and did something like this. 

this tram can be taken with the swipe of a metro card ($30 for a week of unlimited, $2.50 single ride)

on your way there you can stop at f.a.o schwartz and perform on the big piano as well as see bloomingdale's 

11 minutes of your life you will never regret.
