bronx zoo

not longer after we meandered over to the cp zoo we went to the bronx zoo
one word:
awesome
wait two words:
impressively awesome (especially compared to its cousin the cp zoo)
and for free ninety-free on wednesdays you can't beat this beauty.
here's how it all played out

 with wide open space galore we knew we were close

but this confirmed it

 oh hi greeting

mares woke up for such an entrance

 at the other entrance there was a urinating fountain..... 

nyc's family friendly twist...

terrarium city domes are legit

 rare rhinos are the main shabang

 crazy awesome buildings with concourses fuel freedom desire

 safari's with the real zoo animals are #1

next time we go we will ride camels- (we needed dale for pic taking)

love free city stuff

this so far is the zoo of zoo's when it comes to nyc. lovely.
