ok. so i love, love, love lady liberty.
don't ask why- there's no particular reason.
only one million unexplainable reasons.
i've ranted about my love for her before.
declared she's my favorite statue in all the land.
hollered about her awesomeness.
i can not stop myself.
ridiculous thing is i've never been on her island.
june 23rd revolutionized our relationship.
thank you mom.
thank you for reigniting my passion for a piece of metal.
this moment has been long awaited- my tight pockets have denied me such luxury, thanks parents for providing.

 after spending a respectable amount of time scrutinizing every inch of lady liberty we headed for ellis island. 

those were the finest of moments i spent staring at that statue.

$18 is no reason not to see you're favorite thing in nyc.
i highly recommend a ferry ride to her island.
the staten island ferry is good- but this... i mean.... this... i'm speechless.
