sooo i would not fit into the criteria of a die hard yankees fan for life but as of late my die hardness has really started picking up.
especially when they start selling $5 tickets to games.
i mean you can't even go to some high school baseball games for that kind of scratch so the yankees.... yes please.
so when last thursday rolled around and there was an 80% chance of rain we thought, yankees game? - yes
i may not know the players.... (okay maybe i know 4 players- thank you brother for watching espn)
i may not get to watch any of the game on account of a tot....
i may go partially for the hot dogs....
i may go mostly to sit in the rafters of that mecca of diamonds.....
i may be the worst yankees fan in the history of time.....
but i am on the up and up in fandom.
making strides with every $5 game and every memorabilia purchase.
if you pose as a fan long enough do you become one?
